ENTERPRISE TRAINING AND RESOURCE ACQUISITION CENTRE (ETRAC) is a business Academy for Entrepreneurs. It is an Initiative of Pertinence Limited. The vision was born out of deep passion to promote Enterprise development and also provide solutions to the major challenges confronting aspiring, Budding, and Emerging Entrepreneurs. We have identified lack of training or development Resources, Business support services and the depth of knowledge needed to focus on businesses from true “ownership” perspective, as the major challenges confronting small and medium scale businesses. All of these leads to lowered expectations, lack of business and personal growth and frequent owner burnout. ETRAC is strategically positioned to improve upon and exploit these challenges to release captains of industries.

The goal of the ETRAC is to promote economic growth in Africa by providing sustainable employment-generation and micro-enterprise development services.
